The compact King Edward Classic Compact Potato Baker features a built in bain marie for hot toppings and preparation, two trays (315x2620mm each) for the highly efficient convection oven and rounded corners for extra safety.

It is suitable for back of bar or counter-top cooking, with removable toughened glass front with sneeze screen and write on, wipe off board.
